Chop’s offers a variety of meeting spaces that accommodate everything from large banquet-type events to medium-sized gatherings and smaller intimate parties.
Chop’s 21,000 square-foot facility houses a multitude of indoor and outdoor multi-use spaces available for events. Each space has unique features available, that accommodate everything from large banquets to medium sized gatherings and smaller intimate parties to athletic team practices and more!

Here’s what you need to know…
- Chop’s Teen Club may only be reserved by 501(c)3 non-profit organizations and their fiscal sponsors.
- Activities which are sponsored or co-sponsored by Chop’s Teen Club have priority in the scheduling of facilities.
- Terms and Conditions for rental are subject to change without notice.
General Information
- Special events require an event supervisor from the start to the end of the rental. Additional staffing may be required depending on the nature of the event and the room(s) being used.
- For hourly rentals, there is a 3-hour rental minimum on Saturdays & Sundays and 2-hour minimum all other days of the week.
- Food is allowed in most spaces
- No smoking allowed in or around the building

Reservation Procedures
- Applications for room rentals may be taken up to one year in advance.
- Limited space for ongoing rentals.
- No reservations may occur during Chop’s program times, which are from 2:30 to 7:00 pm Tuesday to Friday. (Some exceptions apply at the sole discretion of the management of Chop’s Teen Club).
- To reserve a date, please fill out the Facility Rental Reservation Request form or call (707) 284-2467, x113.

14 folding tables (2 ½’ x 5’), 5 black faux leather couches (approx. 6’ x 3’), 165 black classroom style chairs, podium
Facility Staff
Special events require an event supervisor from the start to the end of the rental (not to be confused with the start and end of an event) at a rate of $35/hr. Additional staffing may be required depending on the nature of the event and the rooms being used. In most cases, additional staffing is required for use of the Tech Lounge, Art Studio and Climbing Wall. Event staffing will be quoted prior to the signing of the contract.
Custodial
If food and/or beverages are served, an additional cleaning fee of $100 is required.
Food and Beverages
Outside food and beverages to be brought in for events must be approved by the Events Manager prior to the start of the event.
Damage Deposit
A refundable security/damage deposit equal to 20% of the full rental fee or $100, whichever is greater, shall be required in advance to cover any damage to the facility that might occur during the rental. Any overtime charges and/or damage charges will be deducted from this deposit, and any remaining portions will be returned within four weeks following the event.
Liability Insurance
Liability insurance will be required. Amount of required insurance will be $1,000,000, naming the DeMeo Teen Club, Inc., as “additional insured”.
