We are committed to ensuring that every Sonoma County teen who wants to be a Chop's teen, can become a member, and annual membership of Chop's Teen Club is just $75 - that's only $6.25 a month!

If you are not able to pay the annual membership fee, please let us know. We have scholarships available for those who need them.

If you are registering for Chop's and would like to cover the membership fee of another Chop's teen, please indicate that on your membership form.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT

Payment is made in person at the front desk or by phone to the main office. We accept cash, personal checks or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover). Membership fees can be paid as a one-time payment of $75.00 or 3 payments of $25.If you have questions about anything located on this form, please call us. 707. 284. 2467.
