Work-Ready Program - Join us for a 6 week program designed to prepare teens to get and keep a job! The Work-Ready Program focuses on 15 competences that Sonoma County Employers identified as being needed for success on the job.

• Gain valuable hands-on work experience by working in Chop’s Cafe

• Learn the financial aspects of earning a paycheck

• Create a resume and cover letter to successfully present yourself on paper

• learn how to conduct yourself in interviews with real employers

• Earn a basic food handler’s certificate

Work-Ready Program: open to students in grades 10-12; Minimum of 5/Maximum of 12 participants
