Learn the basics of footwork starting with beginning ladder drills, how to properly spring, and proper core engagement with exercises. All drills will be adjusted based on the youth’s abilities. Footwork is universal for all sports, so it will benefit teens no matter what sport they play, or if they just want to become more athletic in general!

For Strength, Agility Flexibility Class: Cost: $50 for all 3 classes; Minimum of 6/Maximum of 20participants
