Learn how to properly dribble a basketball through various drills and arm exercises. Hand speed and body coordination are also developed in this process. This is done with drills using cones, ladders, using two basketballs at a time, and partner work. All levels are welcome and the drills will be adjusted to your level. Learn how to play the game of basketball the way that a coach would want you to play. Youth will learn proper spacing, ball movement, cuts, how to score at every position, defensive rotations, and 5 person drills for offense and defense.
